Mt. Diablo Zen Group is led by Baika Pratt, Zen Priest and Dharma teacher. This group meets Wednesday evenings for Zazen (meditation), study and discussion. Four times a year, one day silent retreats are offered for a nominal fee. These retreats are mostly silent; include zazen, Qi Gong, rest period, a mindful meal, a short service and Dharma talk.
