Please join us in the spirit of group meditation practice. We have no credentials, we are meditation practitioners. We practice a basic Vipassana; /sitting and silent (non-guided) meditation for 25-30 minutes, followed by 5 to 8 minutes of walking meditation (deliberate walking around in a circle feeling connection to the earth) followed by a Dharma book reading and discussion for 20 to 30 minutes.
